4.1 Orders in the webshop
4.1.1 Why and on what legal basis is data processed?
When you place an order on our booking portal page, the data required to establish a contract and to process your order, i.e. first and last name, billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address, e-mail address and, if applicable, your bank account details or credit card number are processed (customer data). The data is processed for the purpose of assigning your order to your person, delivering the ordered goods, sending invoices if necessary, processing payments and clarifying possible legal claims. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR.
If you wish, you can create a customer account for future orders (registration). Your customer data will also be stored for use in future orders in our online store so that you do not have to enter it again. Registration also requires you to enter a user ID and password (access data) so that only you can log into your customer account. We may process the data provided by you during registration in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR if this is necessary for the establishment or fulfillment of a contract. In addition, we may also process the data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR, as we would like to simplify your future orders.
We may process the data that you may have voluntarily provided to us when placing an order or registering in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a) and also f) GDPR, provided that you have consented to this processing. This includes, for example, your telephone number, reservations, guest room requests, etc. This voluntary information is processed in order to be able to contact you more quickly in the event of difficulties, for internal market research purposes and for advertising purposes. 4.1.3 Do I have to provide my data?
The provision of your data is neither legally nor contractually required. However, to conclude a contract with us, you must at least provide your name, address and e-mail address. Otherwise we would not be able to send the order to your address and send you an order confirmation by e-mail. For all payment methods, with the exception of purchase on account, payment details are required, as otherwise we would not be able to charge your account or credit card with the agreed price. All other details and registration are not required to conclude a contract with us.
